The Company also manufactures Matresses, Slabs, Pipe Sections etc. The Low Shot Content Friction Fibres are used in non-asbestos organic formulations for friction products, such as railway brakes, commercial vehicle and passenger car linings and disc pads, clutch facings etc. The Low Shot Content Friction Fibres have low conductivity and high heat resistance, preventing rapid overheating and improving brake life. These Friction Fibres are non-capillary and non-hygroscopic, giving good moisture resistance. These Friction Fibres have shot content less than 3% and are less abrasive than glass, ceramic and steel fibres.
